Soo it's been pretty quiet here for awhile again. I really suck at blogging. Now I really have to try do it though, because I promised my crazy but oh so lovely dane I would write so she can stay updated. Sad as it is, it's really hard to stay in touch all the time. It's even hard to stay in touch with all your friends that live in the same country. That's even sadder!
Our mini vaccation in London was awesome! I haven't had so much fun in ages. Everyday we had a great laugh. Our hostel was not the nicest place but it was good enough for us. As long as you have some place to sleep everything is good. We spend most of our time shopping, eating and drinking. In between we did some napping to keep up with the tempo.
Friday day we went shopping the whole day and then straight home to have a nap. We woke up late and realized that we would be late for the happy hour at fiftyfive so we got into a hurry. We took the bus which was really, really slow so we got off and took the tube to Camden. We made it on time and we even got somewhere to sit! Angel went to order the coctails and while I was watching our seats. When she had her arms wrapped around 6 moijitos and my thoughts were "this is gonna end badily, so so badily...". But happily we emptied all our glasses in about 20 minutes. They have the best moijitos ever! Soon we realized we needed food before the alcohol kicked in so we went to grap something to eat. We had some potato wedges and some more drinks. Afterwards we headed for O'neills at Leicester square. O'neills is a really great place because they have both live music and dancefloor music. We killed it on the dancefloor and met alot of people. Angel lied twice that she was married which I thought was pretty funny! I wish I could lie like that. It was a great night! I had the most grosse chicken I've ever had on the way home though. YAAAAAAAK! We were also supposed to get water for the next morning but we bought cigarettes instead because we really "needed" a cigarette. We didn't get so drunk and the night didn't end badily eventhough we had our little mojiito marathon.
Saturday morning we wanted to go for breakfast to the breakfast club but there was a freaking long que outside so we went to another place. The breakfast was nice and it cured our small hangover. Sort of. Afterwards we went to Camden and got inked! Angel had a tattoo she wanted and I went along. I had been thinking for along time about getting a peace sign but I was not sure. Once we got there they said that they would have time for both of us right away aaand I was in! About 15 minutes later we were both getting inked up. I got my new tattoo on my ribbs. I must say it hurted a bit, but not by far as much as I expected it to hurt. Now I have a little peace sign on my ribbs under my arm. Yay! I know a lot of people think that peace signs are for teenagers but they mean somethign to me and I like them so I don't care. It's mine and I love it! Now I have peace and rock'n'roll it's only the love that's missing. After getting the tattoos we went back to the hostel to have a nap again. After waking up I had a headache and I was not sure I would be able to party or drink. We decided to go for some sushi and went to China town. The sushi was soo good! And we had alot of water so it cured my headache but I was still tierd. Then we went to O'neills again. We had a drink and my party mode kicked in. We had once again a really great night! We met some dutch guys which were really nice and funny compared to the aggressive italians among others we'd met earlier that night.
Sunday was a bit depressing knowing that we had to leave London and say goodbye to eachother. We did some last minute shopping and then we just waited for it to get time to go to the airport. It was really sad saying goodbye to Angel. Everytime we have to say goodbye I amost cry. The last hours in London I spend sitting on a bench at the airport only thinking about how much I would like to move back. I love london and the brittish people. The brittish might be ugly as hell but their sense of humor and charm makes up for that. Big time.
